Bring back National Service for the unemployed.
Make school / college / universtiy leavers undertake National Service if they don't have a job - Then they can get self respect, learn a trade, gain experience and pay into the country.
Make it law for immigrants to also undertake National Service for 2 years before getting any benefits or social housing.
