All political parties disguise the truth facing the people of Britain; the NHS and social care is woefully underfunded and perhaps badly or structurally managed. In any event it does not meet our current or future needs and this is not just a problem for now it is a problem for many years to come.

There are many links where supporting "evidence" can be found and doubtless the government will point to contrary "evidence." But that misses the spirit of this petition - forget the politics let the people decide decide what we need and then how best to fund it. Nothing should be ruled out or in.
