Push ahead with the planning reforms. Current planning rules allow local Councils far too much power to decide whether or not an application which does no-one any harm can be allowed.

Planning decisions should assume consent unless there is likely to be harm to neighbouring homes and businesses (and then only where the harm is not typical of competition).
