Petition Advise the Queen to make London Borough of Richmond a Royal Borough

Richmond has two existing Royal Palaces (Hampton Court & Kew Palace) and a rich history of Royal connections, patronage and places. No borough deserves Royal status more than Richmond.

I wrote to the Secretary of State a few years ago asking for Royal Borough status for Richmond and it was politely declined in favour of Greenwich. Time to ask again via this petition.
