Petition Carers leave for those in full time employment to care for an immediate relative

Having seen the NHS crisis it is clear that most of the problem is "bed blocking" patients who's treatment is complete but cannot go home as there is no home care in place. Instead of waiting for Social care to be sorted. It would be preferable for a relative to be allowed paid leave.

This could become a right in the same way as maternity leave. Used for short term care to relieve strains on social care as has recently been disclosed on News media.
