Our request to all Honourable UK Parliament members is that please restore the right of appeal for Tier 1 entrepreneur applicants if refused due to errors, Appeal right defend the applicants and allow them to provide solid evidence against the raised issues

Applicants can apply for an administrative review of the Tier 1 entrepreneur refusal decision if they think that Home Office has made an error in considering their application.When they apply for administrative review, no evidence is allowed to forward in favour of the refused application. This means that if Home Office maintained the refused decision then they order applicants to leave the country ASAP and they could lose their running business and investment that could ruin their future
