Petition Delay the April 2017 VED (Car Tax) changes until a better idea is proposed
The 2017 changes will damage the car industry and buyer of both new and used cars from April 2017. The changes do nothing to encourage manufacturers to improve efficiency and do nothing to encourage buyers to buy more fuel and emissions efficient cars. Changes are a retrograde step
