Petition Bring democracy to the workplace

Many of us today take great pride having democracy in politics, but one place we have never tried to implement democracy, the place we spend most of our adult life, is the workplace.

Therefore, I ask for this petition to include workers in each workplace to have the right to,

form a union

elect and deselect members of management

have a say on wages and hours

have a say on how the workplace is run and how the profits are used

allowed to have a weekly/monthly meeting to discuss and vote on anything the workers feel are necessary for the workplace
