The new Child Maintenance Service takes an estranged parents income direct from HMRC records. This means that this now includes "income" listed on the HMRC listing that may be for benefit in kind taxation purposes and not be cash in a parents bank which is grossly unfair.

Rt Hon Damien Green needs to order a review of the changes to return to the old method of calculating CSA payments from net income which is the only disposable income an estranged parent has control over.
