Petition Urge BT to convert old phone boxes for the homeless to store belongings safely

The majority of people now have mobile phones and many parts of London still have abandoned public phone boxes. In the west end homeless people store bedding in them - if these were converted into lockers they could store belongings and bedding securely.

Some phone booths are already used this way, this would create added security for people's belongings.
