Petition Make All Public Parking including Hospitals 'FREE' for the Disabled

It is a disgrace to make these pay, it it hit and miss with some charging and others not, should be the same throughout the country, I know some abuse the system with Blue Badges and should lose them for ever, the charges incurred it a lot of money for Disabled people.
We need a Three Hour system.

Hospitals make a lot of money already on poorly people, the Disabled should not be one, this is being Anti Disabled and must not be discriminated against.

Let's get things put in order with a system that the Disabled do not have to study each place on if they can or can not.

Disabled Agency sorts some things but money matters to these people on Low income.
