Petition Make training courses VAT exempt to encourage young people to learn new skills

I believe that training course should be VAT exempt as it helps young people learn new skills. VAT can be extremely expensive on week long course and puts may off taking them. By removing VAT from these courses it would encourage employers to invest in training to develop their employees.
