Petition Compel energy providers to offer the cheapest tariffs on pre-pay meters.

Users of pre-pay meters are unfairly disadvantaged when purchasing energy to heat their homes. Although often on lower incomes they actually have to pay a higher rate. This is "fuel poverty" - higher tariffs result in people going without food or other essentials as they just try to keep warm.
