Petition Make it a legal requirement for building companies to have indemnity insurance

This is to protect consumers against rogue traders, not finishing work, doing incorrect and unsafe work then closing that business down and the consumer unable to claim any monies back from the builder. This way consumers could then claim against their insurance.
