The introduction of a toll for the old Runcorn Bridge and the introduction of a toll on the new Runcorn Bridge will inhibit free movement from the east of Merseyside.The region already has free movement restricted from the south by the 2 Mersey Tunnels. The Region will be the most tolled in the UK.
