Petition Enshrine into law 1% of GDP to be spent in NHS funding

The NHS needs guaranteed spending to allow the provision of free treatment for all UK citizens to continue. In the light of the government enshrining 0.6% of GDP spending, into law, to fund Foreign Aid we call upon the government to enshrine spending of 1% of GDP, into law, to fund the NHS.
