Rejected petition Refund and charge vehicle tax daily not monthly !

Since vehicle road tax cannot be transferred with the vehicle-the DVLA should refund and charge on a daily basis as each time a vehicle changes ownership the Government get one complete months worth of tax-which must work out to an enormous figure each year.👎
