Closed Devolve immigration and trade powers to devolved assemblies and Gibraltar

Each devolved legislature (Scottish Parliament, National Assembly for Wales, Northern Ireland Assembly, London Assembly) and the Gibraltar Parliament shall be granted the power to:

- ratify and make trade treaties (including EU/EEA membership)
- control and decide their own immigration policies
