Petition Legalize CBD oil for medical use.

If it wasn't for CBD Oil I would still be in hospital. I've recently recovered from brain tumour surgery and CBD oil has helped me to bounce back without taking any of the pain meds given to me by doctors. CBD oil is giving me my life back slowly.

I am setting up this petition to get CBD legalized for medical reasons, and I believe it should be given to people with many different health problems.
