Rejected petition Enforce reduced prices for public and private transport when pollution is high

This has been shown to work very recently in Paris with public transport. Bringing in new legislation which requires a reduction in the price of Transport in high pollution areas/days will encourage the use of public transport and should also encourage the use of more efficient private transport.
