Petition Make the Mersey Gateway Bridge free to all Public Transport and Halton Residents

We have been told by George Osborne and David Cameron that we will have all inclusive travel via the Silver Jubilee bridge and the Mersey Gateway Bridge that free of charge and not based on yearly admin fees which can be viewed as a subscription.

David Cameron came to vist o2 in Runcorn in2015 and he vouched the bridge would be free I heard this straight from the horses mouth and was also documented on North West Tonight.
