Petition Increase funding for an EHCP to allow mainstream schools to get the correct help

I have been fighting for 3 years to get an EHCP for my child, he now has one but with very little funding so he is unable to get the right help at school. He is missing out on education at a very important stage of his life. This process is effecting hundreds of SEN children, it's not fair.
