Rejected petition Reduce the price of insurance for young persons!.

I am currently getting ready to do driving lessons but insurance for young people e.g 17,18 year olds is disgusting. Why is it so high in cost?, stop being stereotypical and thinking everyone are mad drivers. There is careful drivers out there who want to drive carefully!.
