The UN Refugee Convention- Note on Non-refoulement (1977) Clearly states that "The most essential component of refugee status & of asylum is protection against return to a country where a person has reason to fear persecution. This protection has found expression in the principle of non-refoulement"

We ask our elected politicians to send a message to the US President, that any action risking a national of a country listed in his extreme vetting exec order to be returned to the country from which they sought asylum, is a contravention of the Convention above & more so any action will be met with sanctions, inc. the requirement for any US citizen to fully disclose financial information for the last 5 years if wishing to visit the UK, until such time the said US executive order is rescinded.
