Petition Make it law for any petition with 300k+ signatures to actually be debated

It is disingenuous of the government to state they will only consider debating a petition if it reaches 100k. I propose that if a petition reaches 300k it must be debated whether or not the subject has been debated on a previous occasion. We must have a mechanism that ensure debates are held.
