Rejected petition Make YouTube review it's policies and procedures with regards to suspensions.

To make YouTube have a fair suspension procedure with clear timescales and clear warnings before termination for all users. Same rules to apply to large YouTubers. For YouTube to review their policies to give more leniency for those with diagnosis such as Autism.
