Rejected petition Allow Cannabis oil (cbd & thc) legal for medicinal use.

There have been many incidences of people with medical conditions such as MS,epilepsy and cancers that get amazing results from taking cannabis oil. Many people are suffering unnecessary because they are not allowed to use it. Let's make it prescibable on the NHS.
