A mass cycle path building program to help get us out of this looming reccession ! Between evey Village, Town & City we have banks & verges at the side of the road which could be turned into cycle ways providing the construction industry with the opportunity to creat thousands of long term jobs all over the country.
With the added benifit of more people over time getting out of there cars and therefore improving the health of the general population. It doesn't have to be completed yesterday, the more people and less machines the better !!
