Petition Stop the scrapping of The Armed Forces Retention Bonus.

After the publication of the New Employment Model across the armed forces, retention and morale has taken a critical blow.

I urge the government and MOD to rethink its strategy to revoke all commitment bonuses in 2021 in order to prevent further damage.
