Rejected petition Legislate for referendums on leaving the Single Market and the Customs Union.

The European Union Referendum Act 2015 was for a referendum specifically on leaving the European Union. Had Parliament intended to include leaving the Single Market and Customs Union also, it would have legislated for it, as the Supreme Court found regarding the use of prerogative powers.
