The BBC is no longer representing the majority of the population in its values and beliefs e.g. The decision to stop using the AD and BC dating system.

It therefore doesn't deserve to be supported via compulsory public funding through the licence fee, and should survive via advertising supported by those who agree with its politically correct value system.
