Too many people are dying on the UK roads for not wearing a helmet when riding a bicycle. Many children that ride to school think it is 'cool' to ride without a helmet and 'wheelie around' No matter what your age it should be illegal to ride a bicycle in the United Kingdom without wearing a helmet.
