1, They are a nuisance blaring their horn, i've seen them on a Sunday morning when honest people are trying to have a lie in
2. they are thieves, i've seen it numerous times, i saw one take a dishwasher from someones back garden which had clearly recently been delivered, and the pickup had black tape n the number plate to change it.
3. They drive too slow holding up traffic and thus causing a danger
