Rejected petition Improvements to A40 Raglan Bypass Inter-Section
We the undersigned are concerned at the dangers posed to pedestrians, cars, buses, lorries and cyclists on this heavily-trafficked stretch of the A40, and we call for the following changes to the A40 by Raglan:
More details
Proper signposts by the pedestrian crossings to the Castle, to make drivers aware of this crossing
Ÿ A new roundabout where the Old Monmouth Road and Groesonen Road reach the A40, since this junction is dangerous and currently unfit for purpose; it is unsuitable for use by HGVs; and serious accidents happen here.
Ÿ A 50mph speed limit from the Raglan roundabout to the A40/A449.
