Petition Recycling and Waste Management at Community Premises

More details

To ask that community premises (such as village halls, community centres and church halls) be classed as domestic premises with regard to waste and recycling. So that they are not forced to pay large fees to commercial companies to dispose of the waste therefore meaning higher charges for the non-profit groups who use the halls which are the backbone to many villages and towns across the UK. Or to ask district and borough councils to include collecting recycling waste from these buildings as part of there normal recycling wheely bin rounds.
