Closed child sex offenders not be allowed to apply for contact with their own children

After so many families having to deal with their child being sexually abused, I think that no family should have the added pressures and stress of the abusers applying for contact with any child they have parental responsibility for until investigations completed and sentences have been spent.

80% of child sexual abuse victims under 16 are abused by a family friend, family member or a person known to the family. These child sex offenders have a "right" to apply for contact with children they have parental responsibility for. This is wrong and change MUST happen now!!
