Petition Make toll roads free for HGV's

With rising costs associated with running haulage companies including fuel, road tax, operator licence fees e.t.c toll roads are a cost that should be wavered for HGV. A prime example being the M6 toll. Allowing HGV'S to use this for free would have a massively positive impact on congestion.
