We are all aware of the current petition to ban Trump from the UK but if we examine his view of our special relationship you will see its in both countries interests for the state visit to happen .

* Supports US-UK trade deal
*Wants NATO nations to pay there way (whilst we pay £60 million and the Americans £650 million ,France and Germany fall short of the mark at £40 million each)
*Whilst the EU tries to punish Britain with a bad deal we need to work with other countries not exclude ourselves
