Petition Scrap plans for HS2 and invest the money in our Armed Forces and NHS.

A country the size of Britain does not need this type of rail service. People on the average wage won't be able afford to use this just rich business people. This money spent on our NHS & Armed Forces would enable us to rebuild them to there former glorys!
