Petition Allow homosexual men to donate blood, if they have evidence of their HIV status.

Homosexual men are not allowed to donate blood due to the myth of HIV being active only in homosexual men. The law states that men who are homosexual and have had sex in the past year are not allowed to donate blood, whether or not they can prove they don't have HIV.
