Rejected petition Make stronger and better laws for animals !!!!

Animal abuse is so common in the United Kingdom not just in the UK but worldwide, help me to make a difference! No animal should have to go through any kind of cruelty. The UK needs stronger laws for animal abuse, they pretty much get a slapped wrist ! They should be inprisoned indefinitely!
