We propose that the UK Government implement a strict policy that no Travellers can occupy or build any property until planning permission has been granted. All attempts to occupy or build without permission will result in immediate removal and all costs borne by the Travellers. No court orders required.
The planning applications must be approved by a democratic vote by the registered residents of the local community and all costs borne by the peoples making the planning application.
