Create a Home Guard for those with small disabilitys like hearing impairment or other things that are rejected by the Army, Navy, RAF, TA, Police, Fire and Ambulance service.

It will create a stonger community with a sense of defence for their region.

Create experience and life skills to help those unemployed.

Great for practical skill learning and theory, could use this instead of the Jobcentre new deal courses,

If the government still wishes to cut MOD jobs, this could provide the answer. It worked well throughout the 2nd World War.
