Petition Permanently seize any vehicle used by a drink/drug driver following a conviction

Once a person is convicted of drink/drug driving they keep the vehicle that was used during the commission of the offence. This could be following a 12 - 24 month ban passed by a court. The vehicle will usually remain outside the home address of the person convicted, until temptation to use it hits.
