Petition private rented properties should be checked and certified by council yearly.

council should check every property before allowing them to be rented out and should make a certain rules for estate agent to deal with tenant and protecting them.

the flat i am renting is full of moulds, when i send my complain to estate agent in stead of resolving it and send me eviction letter !!! i am asking local council to protect tenants.
