How many people do you see daily using thier mobile fone whilst driving a vehicle.
Everybody is to blame mothers/fathers doing the school run, van drivers, HGV drivers and many more.
I would like to see a stronger penalty for this action ie :
first offence 3 month Ban £100 fine
second offence 6 month Ban £250 fine
and if convicted again for a third time 1 year Ban and £1,000 fine
It is a well known fact this causes many accidents which end in alot of fatalites so please sign this to end such unjustly accidents.
