Closed Ban Dustbin lorries from operating between the school-run and rush hours

Dustbin lorries are a major obstruction during school-run and rush hours. it causes chaos and leads to workers and children being late at school/work and should be banned during the hours of 8:30am-9:30am working days

We all know the frustration first thing in the morning when you rushing to work or dropping off your children at school and being stuck 20-30 minutes and then get the telling off! why are you late again? So we are asking throughout this one hour that they should operate only in main roads.
