Closed Move Parliament to Stoke-on-Trent

We have a massive imbalance between the south east and the rest of the UK. We have housing and transport problems in the south east. Homes are being demolished in places like Stoke and Liverpool. Trains are packed going south in the morning but empty going south. Parliament also needs to make a fresh start. The solution is to move Parliament to Stoke-on-Trent
