Closed Government to pay NHS £5bn Brexit bonus from 2019/20 and every year thereafter.

Now that MP's have voted to trigger Article 50 the Government should stick to the promises made during the Brexit campaign. Although the well publicised figure of £350m per week isn't realistic I would like to see them pledge a Brexit bonus of £5bn for 2019/20 and every year thereafter.
