These Welsh labour MPs refused the party whip and did not support the notification of withdrawal bill 1st Feb 2017 and have boasted they will not support triggering art 50 and will try to overturn Brexit, Owen smith said on the Itv show Agenda with tom Bradbury "his constituents voted 50/50" and that's why he will vote against art 50, his Pontypridd constituents voted 53.7% to 46.3% to leave ,
